Dave
Pfanschmidt, Founder and President, has been in the printing business for
38 years. He loves helping his clients solve their printing and marketing
dilemmas. A native Peorian, his hobbies are reading and golf. Dave defines
“quality” as “meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.”
Helena
Kowal, Manager of Graphic Design, has spent the last 15 years in graphic
arts. A Farmington native, Helena says the best parts of her job are “my
co-workers and working on something different every day.” Helena’s off-duty time
is consumed with raising twin daughters. She loves “meeting my customers’
expectations with speed, accuracy and a smile.”
Jim Bayless, Pre-Press Manager, has 35 years in the business. His hobbies include playing guitar and working at his church. A 50+ year Peorian, Jim says, “Quality is recognizing your role in the production process. As a customer’s job goes thru your area, you need to make sure everything you can check is checked and even look at things the customer may have overlooked. Quality is giving service so good that the customer won’t even think of using another company.”
Russell
McMillan, Lead Pressman, is currently doing his second tour of duty
with Graphic Express. With 32 years of press experience, Russell says he
most likes “the diversity of my work.” A 17-year Peoria resident, his
hobbies include digital photography, reading, fishing and cooking.
Paul
Daugherty, Vice President and Co-Owner, has 22 years printing experience.
As the first employee of Graphic Express back in 1990, Paul has seen it all. The
favorite aspect of his job is “producing quality work on time and under budget.”
Born and raised in the Peoria area, Paul’s hobbies include doing anything
outdoors.
Judy
Walden, Sales and Customer Service, lists the favorite part of her
job as “Talking and meeting the customers plus the variety of work. I also
enjoy working with our employees. They are honest and hard working.” A
lifelong Peorian and 37 year printing veteran, Judy’s hobbies include
cooking, scrapbooking, reading and camping.
Casey Halvorson, Sales Representative, is the newest addition to Graphic Express. A South Dakota native and graduate, Casey most values her relationships with her clients. Her hobbies include: photography, design, travel, and being around friends and family.
Michelle Schmidt,
Bindery Manager, has 15 years in the printing industry. Her favorite part of
working at Graphic Express is “the friendly work environment!” She also
loves “meeting our customers’ expectations.” Michelle’s hobbies include
sewing, wood crafting and biking.
